Bill is the CEO for Community Options Australia. Bill is an experienced clinician with extensive senior management experience across several sectors including disability, mental health, primary health, education and community/social support services.

Bill has provided leadership within organisations undergoing significant change associated with major transitions of programs and services. These activities required a successful balancing act of resources, staffing, stakeholder involvement and business direction whilst delivering on key performance measures within contractual agreements.

With Bill’s demonstrated experience, inclusive approach and strong business acumen COA can continue to grow through operational excellence, solid financial management and fostering a culture within its team of service delivery focused on the needs of its clients.

Bharti Desai is the Finance Manager for Community Options Australia and has strong financial management experience within federal government and commercial organisations.
Bharti’s leadership experience and analytical mindset is balanced with a commitment to the role community organisations play in service delivery.

Deborah is the Executive Administrative and Marketing Coordinator  for Community Options Australia. She works closely with the CEO and Senior Program Managers interacting with the Board and key stakeholder’s dependent on specific project requirements and assists key governance and business areas. Deborah has previously held senior sales, product and marketing management roles across the spectrum of healthcare sectors including public and private hospitals, disability and aged care. Deborah reports directly to the CEO whilst assisting senior staff and executive with administration, Marketing, Project Management, and Quality System Management.


Deborah Giblett

Jaime Sims is the ComPacks Team Leader at Community Options Australia where she leads our team of Service Coordinators using innovative technology to connect Client’s with non-clinical community services. She has an open minded approach which focuses on the continuous improvement of processes to meet the fluid demand of service provision in the Community Care sector. Having previously worked in Intake and Referral then Program Administration for Community Options Australia Jaime brings a wealth of knowledge of to our current program delivery, and enjoys the ongoing challenges that are we face when connecting Clients to high quality tailored care in the community.

Jaime Sims

Teresa is Team Leader of the Regional Assessment Service for Community Options Australia which manages My Aged Care requests for assessments linking clients with Commonwealth Home Support services and clients review of services.
Her experience in the aged care sector began over 8 years ago with Home Care.
This led to a role as a Regional Assessment Service Assessor supporting older persons to live independent lives within their own home.
She is dedicated to ensuring a collaborative and supportive approach to allow individuals choice in their lives.

Teresa Lynch

Eilidh Gillies is the Program Coordinator for Community Options Australia. She supports the implementation and management of Continuity of Support program which is a national program supporting elderly Australians who have a disability.
Eilidh is acquiring qualifications relating to Program Management which enables her to assist on key compliance and reporting requirements across several contracts.
Eilidh is committed to maintaining a high standard of communication and excellent customer service.
